A cobot does not replace the operator: it takes on the part of the motion that damages shoulders and loses precision at the end of a shift.
Choosing the right station
Repetitive task, moderate load, stable rate, controlled variability. A badly chosen station produces a cell parked in a corner of the workshop — we prefer to say no before the purchase.
Integrate, not just install
Gripping, part feeding, collaborative safety, dialogue with upstream and downstream machines. Most of the integration work sits around the arm, not in it.
Safety and acceptance
Risk assessment, speed and force limitation, validation with the teams concerned. A collaborative cell accepted by operators runs; an imposed one always finds a reason to be stopped.
