   High-resolution digitising, georeferenced point cloud, cleaned mesh.

   CAD reconstruction

   Parametric model recovering design intent, corrected for observed wear.

   Validation

   Dimensional inspection, material verification, strength calculation where loading justifies it.

   Prototype

   First article, trial fitting and functional test before any series launch.

6. 06

   Series manufacturing

   Controlled production, traceability file, model retained for subsequent orders.
