Designing a part means arbitrating between mechanical strength, material cost, manufacturing process and lead time. We run those trade-offs with you, backed by simulation figures, before any tooling is committed.
CAD design and configuration management
SolidWorks, CATIA, Inventor, NX: we work inside your existing toolchain rather than imposing ours. Complex assemblies are structured to stay editable — skeletons, master constraints, configuration tables.
Numerical simulation
Finite element analysis, fluid dynamics, modal analysis, fatigue, topology optimisation. Simulation is there to eliminate assumptions early, not to justify a frozen design after the fact.
Process selection and industrialisation
A part drawn without its process is a part to be redrawn. We build machining, moulding or additive constraints into the design from the start, and document the routing, control plan and tooling.
Design recovery and obsolete parts
When the original drawing is gone or the supplier has stopped production, the existing part becomes the specification. Scanning, parametric reconstruction, dimensional validation: production restarts without waiting for a full equipment replacement.
