3D engineering

3D visualisation, 3D scanning, 3D printing, laser cutting and engraving.

Four capabilities operated on the same floor, in sequence: measure the real object, rebuild it, manufacture it, finish it. What matters is not the machine — it is never losing the data between two steps.

Capturing reality

Handheld or arm-mounted 3D scanning, photogrammetry, shop-floor survey. Useful accuracy is the accuracy the task needs: checking a tolerance, remaking a part or documenting an installation do not call for the same protocol.

Reconstruction and visualisation

From raw mesh to a usable parametric model, or to a photorealistic render meant to support a decision. Both outputs come from the same capture: we do not rescan because marketing wants an image.

Additive manufacturing and cutting

Polymer and metal printing, CO₂ and fibre laser cutting and engraving. Process selection follows the function of the part — validation prototype, shop tooling, service part — not machine availability.

Dimensional inspection

Every part produced is compared to the model: deviation map, conformity report, material traceability. In an industrial context, a part without an inspection report is not a deliverable part.

What we deliver

  • Point cloud and cleaned mesh
  • Reconstructed parametric CAD model
  • Renders and animations for presentation or documentation
  • Printed, cut and engraved parts
  • Dimensional inspection report against the model
  • Manufacturing files ready for series production

Discuss your need

A one-to-two-week framing phase is enough to qualify a project: needs workshop, target KPIs, constraints, schedule.
