Technical floor
Machining, additive manufacturing, cutting and inspection technicians. They take part in design reviews, before the part is frozen.

Industrial data architects, developers, OT cybersecurity specialists. They work on running installations, not on mock-ups.
DSSF Academy
Practitioner trainers: each also works on projects. A trainer who has not produced anything for three years teaches a trade that has moved on without them.
