A building or a piece of infrastructure generates thousands of technical decisions before the first load of concrete. Our job is to make them visible, arbitrable and traceable — before they become expensive on site.
From site survey to a usable model
We start from what exists: laser scanning, photogrammetry, archive drawings. The point cloud becomes a structured model where every element carries its attributes — material, system, phase, supplier reference. That is what separates a decorative model from one you can decide on.
Architecture, structure and MEP coordination
Clash detection only matters if it leads to dated, owned decisions. We run the coordination reviews, rank conflicts by site impact, and record each resolution in the model rather than in an email thread.
Quantities, digital as-built and handover to operations
Quantities are extracted from the model, not retyped. The as-built package is delivered digitally, with a pivot identifier per asset: the model keeps working once the building is handed over, for CMMS and maintenance.
Infrastructure and linear projects
Roads, networks, structures and corridors demand a different grammar from buildings. We combine BIM with geographic data for extended projects, where geometry alone is never enough to decide.
